TOTALCARD Features include:-

Site Network - Consists of approximately 900 TOTAL, 1300 BP and 650 SHELL stations throughout the UK, forming an overall network of almost 3000 sites. This equates to almost one in three of service stations in the UK at present. Click here to download an Excel file with the latest site network.
Pricing - Whenever you use one of the TOTAL sites to purchase Diesel you will pay a competitive fixed weekly commercial rate, which in normal market conditions can mean savings of up to 3 pence per litre against the national average pump price. It also eliminates regional price fluctuation, providing stability in your fuel costs. Diesel collected from the BP and Shell sites, along with all petrol transactions (if authorised on the card) are charged at a national average pump rate.
Security - With TOTALCARD, you are in control from the start. Each card is tailored to your requirements (driver, vehicle, fleet no. etc), thus eliminating unauthorised purchases. You will receive a weekly VAT approved invoice which combines a fuel management report showing details of each transaction, including vehicle registration and mileage if required. On-line fraud prevention is operational at all service stations accepting TOTALCARD and each card is issued with a PIN number (for use at TOTAL sites only). Also, our free Webfuels service allows you to view your account online and download reports to your specification as well as monitor uninvoiced transactions.
Webfuels – Our Free Online Management software allows you to run your own bespoke reports and export them to Excel. You are also able to view uninvoiced transactions, stop and order cards and request copy invoices.
E-Billing - You can now choose to receive your invoice by e-mail; this ensures that your information arrives up to 3 days earlier than by post and also enables you to store fuel transactions on your PC, a far more secure and flexible way of handling the data.
Free issue of Cards - TOTALCARD is issued completely free of charge.
Credit Facility - Interest free credit is offered on all transactions (subject to status), with payments conveniently collected by Direct Debit.
