We are able to supply two card products from Shell, both of which will provide you with a secure and cost effective refueling solution, along with regular fuel management information to enable you to control your purchases.
If you are spending more than £1000 per month on Diesel, then the euroShell CRT (Commercial Road Transport) card may well be the best option for the reasons shown below.
If your usage is lower than this or consists of a high percentage of Petrol, then the euroShell Fleet card will probably be the better option.
euroShell CRT Features include
- Site Network – Provides a primary network of approximately 400 Shell sites, known as 'core' sites and including all Shell Motorway Service Areas. The 'core' sites are mostly located on major trunk routes to ensure your vehicles need not drive off route to refuel, with almost all able to cater for the largest vehicles on the road. Download a spreadsheet with details of the core euroShell sites. The remaining 600 Shell sites can be used for 'back up' purposes.
- Pricing - Whenever you use one of the 'core' sites you will pay a competitive fixed weekly commercial rate, which in normal market conditions can mean savings of up to 3 pence per litre against the national average pump price. It also eliminates regional price fluctuation, providing stability in your fuel costs. In addition to the 'core' sites, the other 600 Shell outlets can be used at a national average pump price.
- Security - With SHELL CRT, you are in control from the start. Each card is tailored to your requirements (driver, vehicle, fleet no. etc), thus eliminating unauthorised purchases. You will receive a weekly VAT approved invoice which combines a fuel management report showing details of each transaction, including vehicle registration and mileage if required. In addition, you can also manage your account online via our free Webfuels service which allows you to download transactional reports to your specification and also view uninvoiced drawings.
- E-Billing - You can now choose to receive your invoice by e-mail; this ensures that your information arrives up to 3 days earlier than by post and also enables you to store fuel transactions on your PC, a far more secure and flexible way of handling the data.
- Credit Facility - Interest free credit is offered on all transactions (subject to status), with payments conveniently collected by Direct Debit.
euroShell Fleet Features include
- Site Network - Consists of all 1000 Shell, 1100 Esso and 900 Total stations, creating an overall network of more than 3000 sites (or approximately 1 in 3 of all service stations in the UK at the present time).
- Pricing - All transactions made at Shell sites are priced at the relevant pump price. Shell's pricing policy is extremely competitive across the UK and their average pump prices are regularly two pence per litre lower than the overall UK average. Transactions from Esso and Total sites are charged at national average pump rates.
- Security – As with euroShell CRT, cards are tailored to your requirements (driver, vehicle, fleet no. etc), thus eliminating unauthorised purchases.
